Killian had a busy Sunday, Dad took the boyz for a little bike ride before it got really really hot. Killian's face was as red as an apple when they got home so that idea of beating the heat didn't work so well!! We sat around for a while and had lunch and to Killian's surprise Auntie Lisha showed up with her swim suit on and ready to go! They got to swim for a little while and Auntie got another idea, "what movies are playing in Crookston"? You see Killian has been dying to see "Pirates of the Caribbean" lucky for him it was still here, so we went! Killian loved it and I think I jumped more then him!! I was startled a few times and that kid doesn't even flinch! What's up with that!? I asked him what his favorite part was and he said "the whole thing" (might I add the end was a "bugger") We met Dad and Xander at the China Moon after the movie! One more reason for Auntie comin' to town, the best Chinese around!

Wow, what a weekend! Killian had a blast on Saturday with all the events. It was a hot one outside which made the water so much more fun! The parade started at 2:00 and we were all ready with our chairs and towels out to sit on. The parade started with Grandpa marching with a flag and followed with some motorcycles and cars and fire trucks. Killian made a haul with 2 bags of candy.

Grandma and Grandpa "K", Gayle, Russ and Brady, Uncle Tony, Sunny, Ethan and CJ along with mom, dad and Xander all sat and watched, we also had more visitors in the yard-The Haller's and some of their friends. After the parade the Haller's and their friends left and we had a big lunch, lots of hot dogs and potato salad and chips and of course watermelon! Killian and CJ finished off 16 bottles of "kool-aid"! Yikes, oh well it was hot! That also figures in Xander finishing off the ones they left sitting around!

Sunny brought some waterguns and Killian went WILD, he ran after everyone and got us all wet!

Later in the day Killian stepped on a thorn and it stuck in his foot...my goodness, DRAMA QUEEN!! HE would not let Sunny or I even touch his foot, we decided it was time for baths and bed-you can tell when Killian has had enough, he turns into a little "devil" for lack of better word :) So we went in and gave the 4 kids a bath, a fist time 4 kids have ever been in my tub at the same time! When they got out Killian's thorn was gone, THANK GOD! Xander went to bed and so did Ethan. CJ and Killian were sitting so well eating their supper watching Aladdin, they rested a little and we went back outside and waited for the fireworks! They had a spectacular show as usual! It was a late night for all and our bed felt GREAT!!

On Sunday we went to Happy Joes for Sam's B-Day and then we went home and went for a little swim. It got to 100 degrees on Sunday so the water felt good. Our upstairs did not feel so good though, I made Killian a bed next to us on the floor and put Xander's pack n' play in our room and shut the door to keep the cool air in from the air conditioner, we all slept wonderful-then came Monday!! YUCK!!

Grandpa and Grandma "K" came out last night to mow the lawn and get the pool ready for the weekend. The Gentilly Day Parade is on Saturday and it is gonna be a hot one!! Brock got home pretty early at 8:00pm last night so we got to spend a little time with him last night also! Grandpa always marches in the Gentilly Parade so Killian is excited to see Grandpa marchin'! Grandma decided to pull weeds from the sand box, she was quite a busy worker, then she decided to sit in the sand box and Killian tried to bury her in sand and Xander tried to clean her off! Too funny!!

I just have not been able to find the time to journal till now, even though I should be working :) Killian had a blast at Robin's wedding reception last weekend, or 2 weekends ago now. He danced and danced, he was quite the "little stud" some of the girls were saying! His great Aunt Kathy asked me where he gets his moves, TV??? I have no idea! He was taught how to slow dance and how to twirl his little cousin, it was so darn cute, they would stand there with their arms around each other waiting for the next song to dance to. He went non stop for hours till he could not dance one more minute, he found a couch and fell asleep, yep even before Xander! But wouldn't you know the second he fell asleep Hollaback Girl came on then Baby got back, Brock even tried to tell Killian but he was out like a light!! I didn't have the heart to tell him he missed 2 of his favorite songs, we'll get em' next time! He also fell asleep before we got out of DL!

Brock and Killian had a good time when Mom and Auntie Lisha went on their shopping adventure in Albertville, they were supposed to work on the living room but only did for an hour or so, darn boyz! Instead they went for a bike ride and played on the slip-n-slide and went to McDonald's for supper. Killian always asks every weekend "dad can we go for a bike ride" Brock is always gone for work so how do you say no to a 5 year old that loves to spend time with his daddy! Just like yesterday, they went for a bike ride at 5:00ish and did not get home till 7:45, they always make a pit stop down at the LaCoursiere's and Brock a gets to gabbin'. Needless to say we are still living in the kitchen! :(

We went to the Fertile Fair on Friday night with Sunny, Dave and Ethan. Killian had fun going on the rides with C.J., Sunny's niece. We left at 11:30 after lots of rides and the best corn dogs!

Sunday Papa Tom, Rachael and Lexi asked to take Killian with them to the fair so he got to go again! Him and Lexi had a good time and this time Killian even got his cotton candy we forgot to get on Friday!

This morning was back to reality with Brock gone to work and Killian crabby cause he wanted to sleep longer and Xander just happy to be him! Another week to get through with out daddy! :(
